So what is health coaching?

Health coaching looks at the whole picture: not just your symptoms, but your sleep, your stress, your habits, your energy, and everything else that shapes how you feel day to day.
It’s not a replacement for your medical care. It’s the part that fills in the gaps — the support, the accountability, and the space to actually work toward feeling better at every stage of life

We check in regularly, adjust as things change, and work through the stuff that comes up along the way. Because it always does, and that’s completely okay.
